We had the pleasure of upgrading a customer's semi-automated crane with state of the art controls. We reduced the overall footprint of the cabinet and also the cranes wiring dramatically. Existing crane did not have any HMI systems or built-in troubleshooting features. The new controls feature two HMI's, Radio control for crane maintenance, custom PLC software to allow auto stacking of materials.
The customer is very pleased with the new upgrade. They now have a system that is simplified and a lot more reliable.
